“She made planning a breeze and constantly gave tips to enhance the ideas my fiancé and I had. She was very responsive to every email and phone call. The night before my wedding, during the wedding rehearsal, she constantly reminded me that everything will be alright. She knew I was running check lists repeatedly over and over in my head, and she reassured me that she has everything she needed to make this wedding perfect in our eyes. She most certainly did.

On the day of our wedding, she and her team made sure everything that needed to happen, happened. I had nothing to worry about. She even prepared for things that we didn’t think of. I didn’t expect it to rain on my wedding day. It started raining as soon as I had to get out of the limo and walk into the church. As the limo driver opened the door, she was standing outside of the limo waiting for me with an umbrella. Melissa would check in with me periodically, but I knew nothing that went on behind the scenes. Her team moved to swiftly that none of guests noticed them working. Everything was flawless.

I am so grateful to Melissa and her team for working so hard to make our wedding day perfect. I told her my goal was to make my wedding day perfect in mine and my fiancé’s (now husband) eyes. We told her what we wanted and gave her everything we needed. She did exactly what we asked her to do and more, exceeding our expectations. She made our dream wedding become reality. ”

"Melissa Valentin was our wedding coordinator and having her was a life saver. My wife was a wreck during our wedding planning, over-stressing as she always does, but things changed after we decided to go with Happily for a day-of wedding coordinator. It was the single best decision we made, in my opinion, during the entire year of planning. My wife was less worried after handing off all the important details to Melissa (who made it dead simple by bring experience and clarity to the process) and she was much happier.

Happy wife = happy life (aka life saver!)

I don't know how Melissa pulled off our wedding day, but it was a huge success. We still have people coming up to us and thanking us for such a great wedding. Everything was perfect and went without a hitch. If it wasn't, I wasn't aware of it :). "I had a DIY wedding in 2015 and that was THE MOST STRESSFUL thing I ever did. My husband and bridesmaids can attest to this because I'm sure I was a complete nightmare to deal with during that time. Even my venue specialist at the Unique Space took notice during our second walk-thru, and she highly recommended Happily. I was a little skeptical at first because I felt that hiring a wedding coordinator defeated the whole point of "do it yourself," but with a little convincing from my family and friends, I made a decision that basically took so much of the weight off my shoulders.

I knew I made the right call when I met Melissa in person. She is so enthusiastic, warm, professional, engaging, and I felt like she genuinely was there to help make my life easier. She was so on top of everything and thought through details that hadn't even crossed my mind. She took so much initiative and ownership the day of -- directing vendors, making sure everyone was in their places, keeping an eye on all the small details of the decoration, overseeing the entire process from beginning to end. She was fantastic at delegating tasks to my family and friends who came early to help set-up, and she went through and methodically check everything. I never felt like I had to stay on top of her because she was 10 steps ahead of me with everything! I felt so at ease that I actually let go of the reigns and got to enjoy my wedding day. That was the most special gift Melissa gave me! I wouldn't bat a lash if I had to make this decision again. It's a no brainer. I've heard a lot of bad experiences from other brides and their wedding coordinator, but Melissa exceeded my expectations. She's the best!"

Ronelle ♡ Mark

Melissa is one-of-a-kind.. like a magical unicorn. Mark and I are lucky to know her as a family friend, and now she is more than a family friend and Wedding Coordinator, she's now family (ninang)! :)

Mark and I got engaged in January 2018 and got married in December 2018. Mark knew Melissa growing up and knew she was an awesome wedding coordinator. In May/June we asked if she could provide some insight and help on wedding planning, and she (thankfully) was so glad to help! Before going any further, without her, our wedding would not have run smoothly + beautifully!

Melissa knows her stuff-- she has so much passion and love for weddings and it truly shows. Wedding planning is her happy place and she made it our happy place too! :) We were so lucky to know her in church because she knew all the in's and out's of our church's (Iglesia Ni Cristo/Church of Christ) requirements and expectations. She's also extremely well-versed and had a plethora of knowledge in venues, florists, caterers/food (paella, YUM!), and other vendors. She took our vision and helped us make it into a reality. She is a truly genuine person and looks out for all of her client's needs.

As we met with our Event Manager for our final meeting for our venue at NOOR, Melissa saved the day with color schemes and coordination (I was completely clueless). She knew exactly what colors would pop in our photographs and what would compliment food/guests in regards to table cloths, napkins, lighting, and the timing of everything! Mark and I didn't realize how important her input on lighting was until we saw our wedding reception day-of and our photos months after! WOW. She truly made our wedding look the classiest!

On the day of our wedding, Melissa and her team were on top of everything. From our getting-ready AirBnB location itinerary, to our Chapel location, to our Reception location in NOOR, down to the very end of breaking down all items and taking them home, Melissa had a plan for everything. Mark and I didn't lift a finger nor felt any stress on our special day! If something wrong had happened, Mark and I surely knew nothing about it! Our wedding day went so well because of her coordination. She is truly a professional, she loves what she does, and she is so easy to love and work with. We are so lucky to have her as our ninang and as our wedding coordinator. Anyone would be lucky to know and work with her. <3 We love her!
